Responsibilities:
Answering phones Placing order for customers, ISRs and Sales Directors Answering general inquiries regarding our products Process claims when required Establish working relationships and participate and contribute within a team environment Respond to customer inquires in a professional and friendly manner Document all communication affecting customers, employees, ISR's or suppliers Create and maintain all customer files Requirements High school diploma or GED required Strong Microsoft Excel and other computer/software skills Strong written and communication skills Strong attention to detail Answering phone's transferring to correct department Be well spoken and present a professional phone presence Time management skills and the ability to multi-task Team player and willingness to help others Ability to think analytically Ability to always project a positive attitude.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
