Quick Apply Full-time 3 hours ago Full Job Description POSITION PURPOSE The Administrative Assistant, Studio & Storytellers provides support for the BDI Studio/Storytellers team.
This position coordinates the logistics of resource travel and serves as the point of contact for Storytellers trips.
This position is also the administrator for the DAM system.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinates logistics for the assignment and booking of client resource visits Serves as the point of contact for interviewers and photographers for resource trips Serves as point of contact for Client Service team for scheduling Storytelling trips Oversees transcription of interviews Facilitates implementation and workflow of our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system Organizes and culls digital files (Photos, Videos, Audio, Design Files, Videos, etc.
) Accurately applies metadata to digital assets and publication of digital assets in the DAM system Reviews and qc's assets Administers DAM user accounts Helps train new and existing users; assists the development of user tutorials Oversees lifecycle (upload, distribution, renaming, publishing, and deletion) of assets Light Photoshop of assets as needed Conducts regular audits and surveys to identify gaps and makes recommendations Writes effectively using various styles to address different needs and audiences Other responsibilities as assigned SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Experience using a DAM system preferred Relationship Building:
Must be friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional.
Must demonstrate ability to establish and develop relationships with clients and serve as an ambassador of BDI.

Must demonstrate an advanced ability to read, analyze, and interpret agency documents, and respond effectively to inquiries.
Must demonstrate good grammar, punctuation, and proofreading skills.
The position requires regular contact both inside and outside the agency Reasoning Skills:
Must demonstrate ability to define problems, collect data, interpret, and understand data and analyses, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Must be extremely efficient, organized, process-oriented, resourceful Computer Skills:
Must demonstrate proficiency in the use and knowledge of integrated computer systems and business-related software such as Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, Outlook, Workfront, and Dynamics and quickly learn, understand, and implement the operation of the agency's e-Tools Decision Making and Problem Solving:
Must demonstrate strong decision-making, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Must be proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative, focus, and prioritize tasks Must be punctual, flexible, and able to function well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS BA or BS preferred or equivalent education and/or experience Photography and video experience desired but not required Must be familiar working with creative assets, including, but not limited to, the following asset types:
Creative, Audio, Video, Microsoft Office Documents of all types, Photography (Raw, JPG, and Layered) and Adobe Creative Suite file types (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Experience using a Digital Asset Management System experience in a high-volume environment preferred WORK ENVIRONMENT Professional services office environment Hybrid work schedule Occasional travel to client sites and conferences Job Type:
