Position Requirements:
Must have minimum 15 ECE Units (No Exceptions):
-Child, Family, and Community -Child, Growth, and Development -Curriculum -Infant/Toddler Units -Administration Units Administrator duties:
-Maintain School records -Prepare correspondence, notices, reports, flyers, and other publications as needed -Maintain office records as designated by the Director -Answer, screen and direct all incoming calls -Maintain bulletin boards -Help arrange and coordinate school activities and events -Schedule and give tours -Maintain an effective working relationship with the Director, Staff, Parents, and Students -Must be able to work independently and complete assigned projects with minimal supervision -Be a natural self-starter, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and be able to work in a fast paced environment -This position also requires classroom coverage when teachers call out or we are short-staffed.
