Job Description - Addison Group Los Angeles seeks an Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist to join a breakout healthcare company in the Conejo Valley on an interim basis.
There is a possibility of a direct hire basis after a suitable stint as a temp.
Our client will consider a brand-new college graduate if one has a Bachelor's Degree.
Job - The Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist will assisting the accounting department in match, batching, and coding invoices.
You will be expected to process up to three hundred (300) invoices/week.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE (A/P) SPECIALIST DUTIES Accounts Payable (A/P) Perform General Ledger (G/L) end Matching/Batching/Coding Invoices in preparation for payment Process check requests for the company's vendors Perform full A/P cycle and regularly scheduled check runs Process expense reports Perform AP and Credit Card reconciliations Work with warehouse personnel Miscellaneous Assist in all internal and external audits Assist in all compliance issues Accept other ad hoc duties as needed ACCOUNTS PAYABLE (A/P) SPECIALIST QUALIFICATIONS Required At least two (2) years of Accounts Payable experience if you don't have a bachelor's degree OR someone who just graduated from college with a bachelor's degree Experience in a corporate environment Ability to process at least two hundred (200) invoices/week Preferred Bachelor's degree 3-way AP experience ACCOUNTS PAYABLE (A/P) SPECIALIST SKILLS Required Technical Microsoft Excel Interpersonal Detail oriented, with high level of ethics and integrity Expert-Level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, IF Formulas) Intermediate-Level experience in an accounting program Preferred NetSuite For further information, submit your resume in MS Word format to me.
