Responsibilities:
Maintains route documentation and records to provide accurate and reliable information to customers.
Handle bus insurance in a quick and professional manner.
Maintains good relationships with DOT, National Parks, and Highway Patrol.
Maintains regular contact with appropriate personnel to ensure completion of assigned duties Directs and oversees daily task assignments; schedules drivers and assigns vehicles to ensure coverage of all daily trips.
Ensure that direct and indirect daily activities of drivers and bus assistants are assigned and completed on time.
Communicate all pertinent details of driving assignments to drivers to ensure proper execution, including informing drivers of inclement weather, and possible hazards.
Assists drivers with routing and directs drivers to perform special services as needed.
Responds to emergency calls, facilitates emergency response network, coordinates mechanical service repairs, and assigns replacement buses and drivers in the event of route problems.
Notifies appropriate personnel of all changes in route assignments, emergencies, accidents, breakdowns, or any other event that would interrupt service.
Additional assignments as assigned.
Requirements:
Experience with insurance, DOT, and credentialing management Ability to read, write, and speak English and Chinese.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Ability to problem solve/think strategically Ability to read and enter data.
Ability to operate a business telephone professionally.
Ability to follow directions and work within an appropriate level of independence Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers in a fast-paced and/or stressful environment Job Type:
