0 Monrovia, CA Monrovia, CA Full-time Full-time Up to $32 an hour Up to $32 an hour Responsibilities Perform inspection requirements of machined parts as needed for product compliance using standard inspection tools and/or Computerized Measurement Machine (CMM).
First Article inspection documentation.
Perform receiving inspection of new and processed products.
Ability to create and complete AS9102 forms.
Read and interpret specifications for inspection requirements of raw material, hardware and processed parts.
Familiar with tool calibration Operate equipment using Verisurf X9.
Experience with Brown & Sharp CMM using PC-DMIS a big plus.
Knowledge of Mylar's a plus.
CMM programming ability also a plus.
Preferred Background & Education Knowledge and understand complex blueprints Knowledge of GD&T, and ANSI Y 14.
5 Understanding of Aircraft coordinate system High school education or equivalent Minimum 5 years experience in inspection methods and use of inspection tools and media Skills Ability to multi-task Strong problem-solving skills Effectively communicate with internal and external customers in professional manner Able to work effectively in a team environment or independently Willing to work overtime and weekends if and when required Job Type:
