Barista responsibilities include educating customers on our drinks menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items and taking orders.
To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and knowledge of how brewing equipment operates.
Skills:
Customer service skills and communication skills Ability to pay attention to details Quick to adapt and learn & willingness to train Prior experience is a plus but not required Typically 15-30 hours per week Kitchen Help We are looking for a Kitchen Help to prepare drinks and toppings, including brewing various types of tea, cooking boba, etc.
To be successful in this role, you should have kitchen experience and maintain a clean, safe and organized workplace Skills:
Prepare drinks and toppings such as brewing tea, cooking boba, preparing toppings, etc.
Regularly lift at least 45 lbs throughout the shift Consistently assemble quality products based on company recipe Follow our Safety policies and procedures, including security, handling equipment, etc Prior kitchen experience is a plus Typically 25-40 hours per week Compensation Hourly
