Retrieve order paperwork.
Rotate file storage for archival.
Maintain the accuracy of error tracking database.
Operates switchboard telephone system to relay incoming and interoffice calls.
Greets all visitors courteously, determines their needs, and directs them to the proper person and/or office.
Update reporting boards.
Other administrative duties as required by Customer Service Area Managers and Supervisors.
Backup mail processing as necessary.
Backup reception staff during lunch and breaks.
Job is onsite at our Monrovia California location.
