Client Service Director

Client Services Director responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following : Supervision and leadership of the Analytical Services Managers group Supervision of all Service Center locations. o Minimum of semiannual visits to each service center location o Available via email and phone to answer questions as needed o Ensure proper training of all Service Center staff o Ensure sufficient staffing to perform all tasks o Ensure a succession plan is completed for all service centers o Involved in development plans for service centers Coordinating with Account Managers (Sales Reps) to develop new customers. Make visits to current and potential customers. Attend local AWWA section meetings and other related association meetings. Serve on AWWA national or section committees Give presentations to clients or staff as needed Provide sales leads to Account Managers as appropriate Assist sales in contract renewals May perform duties of an Analytical Services Manager including: o Responsible for managing routine client projects.  This includes understanding project requirements, communicating client expectations with the lab, and negotiating an acceptable approach for the client and laboratory.  Must keep in close communication with the client and laboratory.  Will notify the client if the laboratory encounters delays or QC problems to properly manage and document client's expectations.  o Performs project set up in LIMS, Bottle Orders, and login review o Reviews and approves Laboratory Report prior to delivery to client o Prepares client specific deliverables o Communicates with Clients on bottle kits and other project related deliverables o Manages subcontracted work to outside labs o Will work very closely with Account Managers, Client services Manager, and the Laboratory Director to communicate missed expectations, business or Laboratory quality concerns.  Responsible for setting up client project specifications in LIMS.  Is also responsible for making accurate forecasts of sample and revenue estimates, and maintaining an acceptable A/R on invoiced work. o Maintains the contact log of key discussions with clients in LIMS. Other duties as assigned The ideal candidate would possess : Requires judgment or initiative in resolving issues and making recommendations Requires good interpersonal skills along with good verbal and written communication skills Requires attention to details and good documentation skills Must have computer (Word, Excel) and office related skills General science and/or chemistry coursework preferred Basic Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in related major) 7+ years' experience in Environmental Testing Laboratory in addition to 5+ years managing technical staff Must have a strong knowledge of the local and state regulatory requirements for municipal drinking water. Must have broad technical knowledge of most aspects the laboratory, regulatory requirements, and method requirements.  Has a solid foundation in the Laboratory business.  Must be able to lift 35 pounds Must be willing to work weekends and overtime as needed Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship   14348

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
