Principal Instrument and Control Engineer

Responsibilities: Directs subordinates to gather or gathers data from multiple sources. Perform professional engineering work involving considerable independence in approach, demanding considerable degree of originality, ingenuity and judgement, and knowledge of more than one field of, or expertise in a particular field of professional engineering. Develop and maintain schedule, budget, & staffing plans. Manage work and staff to meet project deliverables. Coordination with other engineering discipline and client. Responsible for the progress and quality of deliverables within the discipline area. Provide innovative and cost-effective solutions to clients for operating problems and capacity constraints of existing facilities. Develop and maintain a quality design threshold for the discipline through use of understandable quality procedures. Ensure all work carried out conforms with agreed codes and practices, meets all requirements of the contracts specification and ensure all work is carried out within agreed schedules, budgets and procedures in safe manner. Supervise/Mentor young engineers and subordinates in Instrumentation and Control. What you will bring Technical and Industry Experience:   A recognized Degree or Diploma in an engineering or scientific discipline, from an accredited college or university. Has 15 plus years of relevant experience. PE preferred Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access. Proficient in specialty engineering software tools such as control valve, PSV, orifice plate, Thermowell, INTools, AVEVA, etc. Proficient in Control Systems (DCS, SIS, PLC, SCADA) design development, cybersecurity and controls systems applications configuration and graphics configurations. Proficient with well-known control system including both hardware and software configuration. Proficient in SIS System Lifecycle, Control Narratives development, testing and field implementation. Experience with developing P&IDs as well as specifying and procuring specialty systems (DCS, SIS, BN, Analyzers, etc.), and field instruments. Experience in Pre-FEED, FEED, and EPC projects. Preferably with ARAMCO, Chevron and ARCTIC experience. MON00FA

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
