Senior Rotating (Compressors) Engineer

Responsibilities: Within the Rotation Engineering group performs conventional and complex engineering, design, analysis or other technical tasks utilizing current technology and available standards, templates and cataloged products with minimal supervision.  May perform in a technical leadership role supervising, coordinating and directing others in the production of customer-focused products and services that meet established project requirements.  Implements the Company Procedures Manual while seeking improvements to work processes and design approaches.   Recognized engineer within the Rotating Engineering group, uses best practices to solve functional issues and improve programs and/or processes in support of organizational business challenges. Enforce Technical competency in adherence to Corporate, local, regulatory codes and standards, adherence to engineering laws and guidelines. Independently works through individual projects and/or plays a key role in broader projects, able to resolve inter-discipline, vendor, and client issues with minimal support.  Relies on systemic thinking and understanding of broader organizational implications of the work being performed to solve problems.  Mentor subordinates. What you will bring Technical and Industry Experience:     BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience if allowed by law. Thorough knowledge of applicable theories, practices, and accepted office procedures.  Generally 7 years of experience in Petroleum-Chemical field with BS, or 5 years of experience in field with MS; EIT or relevant professional registration preferred.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.  Some experience with Compressors is required. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
